Our paid services are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle’s Terms and Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms.

4.1 Payments

All payments are securely handled through Paddle on behalf of Zak.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. If a payment fails, access to the Service may be limited or suspended.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel anytime. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled through Paddle and must comply with our separate Refund Policy. Refund approval is determined based on usage and circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and assets are the property of Zak. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any portion of the Service without written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (such as Paddle). We are not responsible for their terms, policies, or practices.

8. Termination

Zak reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security or technical risks.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zak is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, downtime, or security incidents resulting from use of the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant updates may be communicated by email or notification within the Service.
